The following steak marinade recipe combines the flavors of lemon, mustard, and garlic for a tangy and flavorful steak.
If you want to serve your steak in a sauce, you can slice the steak once it is cooked and pour the remaining marinade over it. Heat it in the oven for a few minutes and serve with a baked potato, French fries, or mashed potato. You can use any kind of mustard in this easy steak marinade recipe.
Ingredients -
⅔ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 ½ teaspoons salt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup olive oil
Preparation:
Mix everything together and pour over a thick steak.
Marinade in the refrigerator for 6 hours, turning halfway through.
Broil or grill for 10 minutes per side.
