Omaha Style Steak Orange Juice Marinade

Fruity flavors often go very nicely with steak and a lot of easy steak marinades contain either orange juice, lemon juice or pineapple juice. This is because those juices break down the tough steak to make it tender and, of course, they add a piquant flavor to the meat as well.

This recipe combines the tanginess and spice of mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onion, garlic and more for a deliciously flavored Omaha style steak orange juice marinade. You can use lemon juice and lemon peel rather than orange or even try grapefruit for a completely different flavor. You might stumble upon a great steak marinade if you experiment a little bit.
