2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons butter
3 lbs sirloin steaks
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ cup plus 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced

Alternatively, you can broil it under a hot broiler.

Melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the parsley and the teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Pour this over the grilled steak, slice, and serve.
