Marinade for Southwestern Steak Recipe

Cumin, chili, garlic and more go together to make this southwestern steak recipe marinade something special. It is very easy to make and the flavor works well with different types of steak. Soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic are very popular when marinating meat because they work so nicely with the natural meaty flavor and they are also pantry staples, so perhaps you already have all or most of these ingredients and will not need to buy anything apart from a juicy piece of steak.

A lot of different spices can also be used in recipes like this one because they really do succeed in perking up the flavor and leave a lingering aromatic taste all over the meat, which you can appreciate with every mouthful. Some home cooks add a pinch of this and a pinch of that. Others who are newer to marinating prefer to follow a recipe, at least in the beginning.

If you like to make the best steak dishes, this is another one that is quick and easy to do, and everyone is sure to love the outcome. That is one of the great things about marinating steak. The process is so straightforward yet the flavors you get are stunning - just as good as any restaurant steak, or perhaps even better.

Photo Description:

This spicy marinade offers a bit of bite to your steak, so if you are keen on piquant flavors then perhaps this is the one for you. You do not have to serve additional chili with the steak like you can see in the picture, but do if you want to. The fried potato slices make a nice side dish for this. You might also like to serve something cooling such as sour cream or a salad with ranch dressing, to counteract the spicy flavors in the marinated meat. It is totally up to you, and the picture just shows the juicy meat with a possible side dish.
