Ingredients -
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation:
Finely chop the garlic, and then stir it with the lemon juice, chili powder, ground cumin, soy sauce, and vegetable oil.
Put the steak in a glass dish and pour this southwestern steak recipe marinade over it, turning the meat well to make sure it is evenly coated.
Cover the dish and chill the marinated steak for an hour at least, or up to 12 hours.
