¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoons thyme
9 minced cloves garlic
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
⅓ cup lime juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
⅔ cup soy sauce
⅔ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Whisk everything together in a big bowl.
Add your steaks to a big Ziploc bag and pour the marinade in.
Ensure the meat is covered in the marinade and seal the bag.
