One of the Best Steakhouse Steak Marinades

Steakhouse steak marinades tend to be hearty and full-flavored and the following recipe is no exception. Everything from the tasty A1 steak sauce to the herby rosemary and the juicy garlic works together to create a delicious marinade for your steakhouse steaks. There are a few ingredients to get for making this dish but it is well worth making because the flavor is so nicely balanced.

So what is a steakhouse steak? Technically this is another name for rib-eye prepared in the steakhouse restaurant style, but nowadays this cut can refer to boneless rib-eye, bone-in top loin or a boneless top loin strip steak. Juicy Steakhouse Marinade for Steak

Ingredients -

4 steakhouse steaks, 10 oz each
6 tablespoons soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
3 tablespoons steak seasoning
½ chopped onion
1 tablespoon crushed dried rosemary
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup minced garlic

Preparation:

Add the Worcestershire sauce, oil, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, steak seasoning, steak sauce, rosemary, and soy sauce to a blender or food processor, processing the mixture until everything is well combined.

Prick each steak with a fork a few times on both sides, and then put them in a shallow container.

Pour the marinade over the top and cover the container.

Chill for 3 to 24 hours.

Preheat a grill to moderately hot, adding some soaked woodchips if you want a smokier flavor.

Discard the marinade and grill the steaks on a lightly oiled grill plate.

Grill the steaks for about 20 minutes in total on a covered grill.
