Rosemary and Lemon T Bone Steak Marinade

For the very best results from a T-bone steak, this simple steak marinade and a quick grilling give perfect results. Lemon, oil, and rosemary are all you need to make a beautiful marinade for your beef, and this is a healthy steak marinade as well as a tasty one, which might convince you to give it a try. We are all concerned about healthy eating these days, but a lot of people are unaware that healthy food can taste this good.

Just three ingredients are used here to give the steak all the flavor it needs. Rosemary has quite a pungent aroma but it suits the flavor of beef really well, so do not worry about a flavor conflict because there will not be one. This is a perfectly-balanced recipe and the steak will come out great.

This T-bone steak marinade is best with fresh rosemary but dried rosemary also does the trick. A T-bone is a naturally tender cut because it does not contain much collagen and it is not cheap in restaurants. This is why recipes like this one are great for preparing your own gourmet steak dish and enjoying it in the comfort of your own home.

T-bone Marinade Recipe

Photo Description:

This grilled T-bone is garnished with sprigs of rosemary, since you will be using those in the marinade, and it is served with a simple green salad. Often keeping things simple is the key to delicious meals, and overcomplicating things by having too many conflicting flavors or adding too much garnish can be a big mistake. There is nothing boring about a juicy T-bone, so you just need to marinate it briefly to tenderize it and enhance its natural flavor, then serve it with one or two things on the side. This makes a delightful meal for any palate.
