Rosemary and Lemon T Bone Steak Marinade

This T-bone steak marinade is best with fresh rosemary but dried rosemary also does the trick. T-bone steak is a naturally tender cut because it does not contain much collagen and it is not cheap in restaurants. Fragrant Rosemary T-bone Marinade Recipe

Ingredients -

⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
⅓ cup chopped fresh rosemary or 1 ½ tablespoons dried rosemary
6 T-bone steaks, 12 oz each and ¾ inch thick

Preparation:

Combine the lemon juice, rosemary and oil in a glass dish with some black pepper, add the steaks and turn to coat.

Cover and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.

Heat the grill to medium high and remove the steaks from the marinade.

Sprinkle salt on the steaks and grill them until they are done.

Rare will take about 4 minutes per side.

Transfer to plates and serve right away.
