Beef Fajita Marinade Recipe

Ingredients -

½ cup chopped onion
½ teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon paprika
1 can beer
¼ cup vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
3 minced cloves garlic
½ teaspoon cumin
½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅓ cup lime juice
1 teaspoon white sugar

Preparation:

Combine the marinade ingredients, adding the beer last.

Put a 2 pound steak in a Ziploc bag and pour in the fajita marinade.

Let the steak marinate for between 8 and 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning the bag once or twice during that time.
