Ingredients -
1 lb flank or round steak
½ teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons white wine
1 teaspoon salt
3 thin slivers fresh ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Preparation:
Cut the steak into 1/8 inch thin strips across the grain.
Combine the sugar, wine, salt, ginger, cornstarch, and soy sauce and pour it over the steak, mixing well.
Cover and chill for an hour, then stir fry the marinated round steak with vegetables.
