Easy Chinese Curry Steak Marinade

This Chinese curry marinade is another great example of an easy to make, four ingredient marinade which is packed with flavor. If you like curry steak recipes, this one is definitely well worth a go. The soy sauce, rice wine, sesame seed oil, and cornstarch give you a tangy marinade with a definite Chinese curry flavor. Use dry sherry if you do not have Chinese rice wine.

The cornstarch is used as a thickener only because the other three ingredients are all runny. This is a great steak marinade to use on a good quality piece of steak such as a New York strip, T-bone, or entrecote because the marinating time is relatively short and you can serve the finished steak with noodles or boiled rice.
