This is an easy marinade to make because you just need to rub the seasoning into the meat and then let it soak in the garlic mixture until it has absorbed plenty of wonderful Montreal marinade flavor.
Ingredients -
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
½ cup olive oil
Preparation:
Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic.
Rub the steak seasoning into 2 steaks, then let them marinate in the soy sauce mixture for an hour.
Broil the steaks for 15 minutes in the oven, flipping them over a couple of times, until they are done to your liking.
Alternatively, you can grill them on a moderately hot grill until they are done.
