Sesame Steak Tenderizer Marinade

This delicious steak tenderizer marinade is brilliant with tough cuts of beef such as round steak. If you want to make an Asian beef stir fry recipe without having to use expensive steak, this steak tenderizer marinade makes it possible for you to tenderize tough steak and use that instead. You can add any vegetables you want to the marinated steak strips while they cook.

This steak tenderizer marinade is so easy to make and even if you are new to cooking beef or marinating meat you will not have any problems with it. If you like your sauces really sweet, double the amount of sugar in this recipe. You can serve the finished dish with noodles or rice.

An Easy Marinade for Tenderizing Steak

Ingredients -

1 lb round steak, cut into strips
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 minced cloves garlic
½ teaspoon sesame oil

Preparation:

Combine the oil, soy sauce, onions, sugar, and garlic and sesame oil and marinate the steak in this mixture overnight or for at least 2 hours.

Stir fry the steak in a skillet or wok for 5 minutes, adding some sesame seeds if you like 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
