Ingredients -
2 tablespoons minced onions
¼ cup wine vinegar
½ cup dark soy sauce
1 minced garlic clove
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon peanut oil or vegetable oil
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation:
Slice your steak into lengthwise ½ inch strips after you have trimmed away the visible fat.
Put the steak strips in a glass bowl.
Mix together the onions, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, pepper and sugar and pour this mixture over the meat.
Make sure all the meat is covered, stirring it if necessary.
Cover the glass bowl and refrigerate the steak for 3 hours so it can marinate.
Drain the steak and discard the marinade.
